It’s been a while, Manchester. Thankfully, the wait is finally over – PokerStars is returning to one of the UK’s biggest cultural cities in 2025 with the PokerStars Open Manchester. Even better, we’re going to be in the heart of the center thanks to Manchester235, situated a short walk from Deansgate.

By Air:

The closest airport is Manchester Airport (MAN), located about 14km outside the city center. Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LPL) and Leeds Bradford Airport are also nearby, located around 50km and 75km away, respectively.

A taxi to the city center from the airport takes about 20-30 minutes. The casino is about a 10-minute taxi from Manchester Piccadilly Station.

By Train:

Manchester is a major rail hub with excellent connections to other UK cities.

  • From London Euston: Trains take approximately 2 hours.
  • From Birmingham: Trains take about 1.5 hours.
  • From Liverpool: Trains take around 45 minutes.

Alternatively, the Metrolink tram to Deansgate-Castlefield Station is only a 5-minute walk from the casino.

By Car:

  • From London: Take the M6 motorway north to Manchester. The journey takes around 4 hours.
  • From Liverpool: Drive east on the M62 motorway, approximately 45 minutes.
  • From Leeds: Head west on the M62 motorway, about 1–1.5 hours.

Manchester235 offers ample parking options. Look for the nearby NCP Car Park for convenient access.

By Bus or Tram:

Manchester is well-served by buses. Look for routes that stop near the Great Northern Warehouse or Deansgate.
