Direct Bank Transfer withdrawals

A Direct Bank Transfer is a withdrawal option that allows you to move your winnings to your bank account.

What bank details do I need?

Depending on the country you live in, you’ll need to register different bank details:

How do I withdraw funds from my user account?

The bank account holder's name and bank country must match the ones registered on your account with us. Also, insert the IBAN and BIC in capital letters without any spaces, dashes or other special characters.

To make a withdrawal with Direct Bank Transfer, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the 'Cashier'. If you're using our website or mobile app:

  2. Hit ‘Withdraw’.
  3. Type the amount that you want to withdraw.
  4. Pick ‘Direct Bank Transfer’ from the list of payment methods.
  5. Tap in the middle of the field to start typing and enter your bank details.
  6. Re-enter your bank details to make sure they're correct.
  7. Confirm that you're the bank account holder.
  8. Press the green button to register your banking details.
  9. Finally, submit your withdrawal request.

Important to know

  • Withdrawals are first credited back to the payment methods that you've used to deposit. This is in line with our withdrawal policy and up to the amount that you've deposited. Once that's done, you can select other withdrawal methods, including Direct Bank Transfer.
  • We’ll process your request within 72 hours. Upon approval, you’ll get the funds in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
  • We don’t charge any fees for using Direct Bank Transfers, but your bank may charge you. For more information, contact your bank directly.

In which currency will you send my withdrawal?

We’ll automatically convert your funds from your user account currency to the Direct Bank Transfer currency available in your country. If both currencies are the same, there’s no currency conversion.

The currency in which we’ll send your funds is always displayed on the withdrawal screen of the 'Cashier'. You can also check out our confirmation email to see how we'll process your request.
