COM/EU Stars Account holders can buy-in to any of the tournaments scheduled by going to the ‘Events’ > ‘Live’ tab on the PokerStars client and searching for your chosen event. Buy-in using your Stars Account funds like you would any other tournament. Online registration for Main & Side Events will be available from around six weeks before the event until two hours before the event begins. After this point, please visit the on-site Registrations desk to be registered using your Stars Account funds.

Onsite registration for the Main and Side Events will be open from 11:00 local time until end of registration for the last event of the day. Please refer to the Schedule for details.

Please Note: you are unable to un-register and receive a refund after the tournament start time. 

You can buy-in onsite using any of the following options, please note that we cannot accept part payment of one payment type with another.

• CASH – USD
• COM/EU Stars Account funds
• Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard only)

The casino will offer currency conversion services during the event for major currencies.

Players’ payout options are cash or COM/EU Stars Account. There are restrictions that apply to certain payout options, and there are limits to the amount a player can receive in cash. Additionally, if necessary in some cases we can wire winnings to personal bank accounts.

You can choose to be credited your winnings by one payment method or by a combination of different payment methods.
